About the Course
The pasta class is for those looking to have some fun whilst learning a new skill. The class will include making pasta from scratch along with sauces to accompany the pasta.
You will learn to make:
fettucine
ravioli
ravioli filling
marinara sauce
You'll go home with the abilityt o create a meal from scratch. How exciting is that!
Your Instructor
Gauhar Bano Qureshi
Instructor is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School. Gauhar has attended Lieths School of Food and Wine and taken several courses at one of London's leading bakeries.
