About the Course
In the pastry class you will learn the difference between types of pastry in the baking world. You will learn to make Pâte sucreé (shortcrust) and Pâte à choux (choux pastry).
You will make the following in class:
Tarts, sweet and savoury
Cookies, choc-chip or oatmeal-raisin

Instructor is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School. Gauhar has attended Lieths School of Food and Wine and taken several courses at one of London's leading bakeries.
